replaces five of your apps.
Superhuman, Motion, Reclaim, Otter, Clay — all separate subscriptions, all doing slices of the same job. We do the whole job across Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Notion — for $29/mo.

Inbox triage + drafts
Every morning: emails sorted by priority, drafts ready for the ones that need you. You review + send in under 10 minutes. Nothing auto-sends without your approval.
Meeting prep 60 min before
One hour before each meeting, the assistant drops a prep brief in your inbox: last notes, open items, linked docs, suggested agenda. For external calls, it adds the company context automatically.
Ambient follow-up watcher
Stale threads get surfaced with a 'time to follow up?' nudge. Unreplied commitments ('I'll get back to you Monday') get tracked. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Voice-note to task
Forward a voicemail or voice memo. We transcribe, extract action items, and drop them in your task list. No more 'I said I'd do that… where is that?'

FAQ
Will it send emails on my behalf?
Not by default. Drafts always surface for your review. If you want it to auto-send, you can enable that per-recipient once the voice/style matches reliably (usually after the first ~50 approved drafts).
Does it store my emails?
It reads them via the Gmail / Outlook API (OAuth-scoped, you control access). We keep embeddings in your tenant's pgvector index for retrieval; the raw email bodies stay in your provider — we don't mirror them.
Can I turn off the 8am brief?
Yes — in /settings/notifications. You can also set the cadence to weekly, choose the delivery time, or get it in Slack instead of email.
How is this different from Superhuman or Motion?
Superhuman is the fastest email client; Motion is calendar AI; Otter is meeting notes; Clay is contact intelligence. Each is a slice. We do all four jobs against the same assistant + the same memory of your week. Less app-switching, one bill instead of $120/mo across four tools.
My work is confidential. Is this secure?
Per-tenant encryption, no training on your data by default, PII redaction before anything leaves your tenant for LLM calls. SOC 2 Type I readiness report available; Type II in progress.
