By accessing or using neww.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
neww.ai is an all-in-one AI-powered platform offering integrated products including AI assistant, code editor, business intelligence, commerce, finance management, healthcare tools, CRM, and cloud infrastructure. Services are provided on a subscription basis with different tiers and usage limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
You agree not to use the Platform for illegal purposes, to generate harmful or misleading content, to attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures, or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use in critical applications.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform. We retain ownership of the Platform, its technology, and branding. AI-generated code and content are provided under a license that allows you to use them freely in your projects.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
