IP, Trademarks & DMCA
Last updated: April 3, 2026
This policy summarizes how neww.ai handles intellectual property: our IP, your content, trademarks, patents, open-source, and DMCA takedowns. It is written in plain English; the Terms of Service govern where they differ.
1. Our intellectual property
The neww.ai platform — including software, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, and the collective compilation of our open-source repositories — is owned by neww.ai Inc. or our licensors. Except as expressly granted in the Terms, no license to our IP is conveyed by using the service.
2. Your content, your rights
You retain ownership of all inputs, outputs, and content you create with the service, subject to the Terms. You grant us a limited license to process your content as strictly necessary to deliver the service. We do not train our models on your content.
3. Trademarks
"neww.ai", the neww.ai wordmark, and the neww.ai icon are trademarks of neww.ai Inc. You may use the marks for honest referential purposes (press, integrations, reviews) subject to our brand guidelines on the /press page. You may not use the marks to suggest sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without written permission.
4. Patents
We have patents pending covering aspects of our engine-registry architecture and agent runtime. A license to use the platform does not convey a patent license except as expressly stated. We offer a non-assert covenant for contributors to our open-source projects on the terms of the Apache-2.0 or similarly permissive licenses we apply to those projects.
5. Open-source
neww.ai maintains 53+ open-source repositories, most licensed under Apache-2.0 or MIT. Each repository's LICENSE file governs that repository. Contributions are accepted under the DCO or CLA specified per-repo.
6. Third-party IP
The platform includes open-source components and AI models owned by third parties under their own licenses. Attribution files are available on request from legal@neww.ai.
7. DMCA / copyright notices
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent: DMCA Agent, neww.ai Inc., copyright@neww.ai. Include: (a) your signature, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) identification of the material allegedly infringing, (d) your contact info, (e) a good-faith statement that use is not authorized, and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will respond to valid notices promptly.
8. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice following the same format to copyright@neww.ai. Repeat infringers will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
Email copyright@neww.ai with the six items required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
