About the role
Neww.ai is building the AI Domain Operating System — a unified execution layer that connects models, agents, data, workflows, and domain intelligence to move from conversation to execution to outcomes to real assets. Today's AI tools generate answers; they don't execute real work, run systems, or produce assets at scale. Neww.ai solves this by enabling autonomous domain execution across sales, development, search, operations, research, and enterprise workflows. This is a system-level shift in how software, AI, and work are structured. Most AI startups are building wrappers, copilots, and narrow tools — Neww.ai is building a system that replaces fragmented execution across domains: an AI operating layer for real work, real data, real outcomes. This is a large, technical, and ambitious build.
What you'll do
- AI Model + Routing Layer — multi-model orchestration (LLMs, multimodal, domain models) with dynamic routing on cost, speed, accuracy, and context
- Agent Orchestration System — autonomous agents executing multi-step workflows with planning, reasoning, tool usage, and memory integration
- Data + Execution Layer — APIs, internal data connectors, real-time pipelines, retrieval systems, and the workflow execution engine
- Intelligence + Learning Layer — evaluation loops, self-improving systems, and performance tracking on accuracy, latency, cost, and success rate
- Domain Operating System — vertical systems (sales, dev, search, research, enterprise) and end-to-end execution environments
- Infrastructure — scalable backend on Cloud / GCP / AWS, observability, logging, telemetry, security, auth, and multi-tenant systems
What you bring
- Strong full-stack + backend systems experience
- Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agent frameworks
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
- Comfortable building from scratch under uncertainty
- Product-minded with strong execution speed
- Able to make architectural decisions independently
- Obsessed with building systems that actually work in production
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other agent frameworks
- Experience building AI products end-to-end
- Prior technical leadership or founding experience
